EDUCATION:

Chad is a graduate of the Medical School of Wisconsin and has been a practicing physician for 12 years with a deep connection to regenerative medicine and the UPRI team.

He completed a residency at the University of Utah in anesthesiology and is a certified by Cell Surgical Network in regenerative medicine with compassion, empathy and great care.
